the staff was very friendly and helpful. elsaied, my butler, brought coffees to my room each morning. he sent information about daily activities, quite useful. the food in all restaurants was delicious. you can't go wrong, i think. marta and gonzo from the animation team were great. they told me about activities without being pushy. i made friends with them. i look forward to seeing them when i return.
The sink in our boys' room was too low. It made them bend uncomfortably.

The food exceeded my expectations. Manzuki à la carte was a treat. Mr Mohammed helped us change rooms. The staff was very helpful .
The buildings show a low cost finishing. The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud and the beds were not very comfortable.

the gym had modern equipment. everything was clean. the beach area included bean bags, a great way to relax. there was a nice weekly festival at taal av.

I enjoyed the polite and helpful staff. The entire resort was well maintained, and the cleanliness stood out to me. Food was delicious. The best buffet i've had, especially the variety of desserts (the baklava was amazing!).
The a/c was loud in the room. The access to the beach is narrow.

The room had a spacious and clean layout that i appreciated. The bed was very comfortable ensuring a good night's rest. It included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower making mornings very convenient.

The staff were really good too meet every need and. Even small requests received immediate attention and resolution. I was very impressed with the personal care from every team member.

The pools were really good offering a great space for relaxation. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes allowing for good workouts. Currency exchange services were available which was a bonus.
